Digital Products Refund Policy
No Refunds on Digital Products: All digital products including market analysis reports, guides, and downloadable resources are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchase.
Important: You will receive immediate access to digital products upon purchase. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you waive your right to a refund.
Consultation Services Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Client
- More than 24 hours before appointment: Full refund or rescheduling available
- Less than 24 hours before appointment: No refund, but one-time rescheduling may be granted at our discretion
- No-show: No refund and no rescheduling
How to Cancel or Reschedule
To cancel or reschedule a consultation, please email hello@ceetropolis.com or call (801) 610-9798 at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Free Discovery Calls: Our 15-minute discovery calls are free and require no cancellation fee.
Refund Processing
For eligible cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
- Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for funds to appear
Exceptions & Special Circumstances
We may consider refunds or rescheduling on a case-by-case basis for:
- Medical emergencies (documentation may be required)
- Family emergencies
- Technical issues on our end preventing consultation delivery
- Product delivery failures due to technical errors
